张哲瑞律师是黑龙江人，北京大学物理学硕士，德克萨斯大学法学博士，德克萨斯州及伊利诺伊州执照律师，美国移民律师协会会员。他于1996年创办张哲瑞联合律师事务 (http://www.hooyou.com)。目前，该所已发展成为拥有十二位律师，在纽约、芝加哥、休斯顿和北京设有办公室的综合律师事务所。该所擅长办理杰出技能人才[EB-1(A)]，杰出教授和研究人员[EB-1(B)]以及国家利益豁免[NIW]等绿卡申请，已成功帮助数千人获得美国绿卡。

The seminar will focus on the most relevant non-immigrant working visa and immigration visa petitions for students and scholars/researchers. It will cover the hot topics including H-1B visa quota and the strategies after quota running out. With emphasis, the seminar will explore and expose you with green card fast track channels, such as National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-1A and EB-1B, for Ph.D. students, postdocs, researchers, and professionals with advance degrees. In addition, the seminar will uncover the mastery of the PERM employer sponsored fast track petition for skilled workers and professionals. Through the whole presentation, the experienced attorney will emphasize on total solutions, strategic planning, and practical tips from the prospective of a real world practice.
