DCSSA 篮球比赛 （DCSSA Basketball Tournament）

DCSSA将要举行全民性的三人篮球比赛，地点为I.M. building（有AC，DCSSA提供饮料和水），时间为7月25日下午2:00至5:00。下面给出基本介绍及详细信息：

参加人员：请先网上报名，当天持Dukecard参加比赛，不需要进行体育馆的暑期注册；杜克大学的学生、学者、雇员、校友均可参加（家属亦可）。可以提前组队参加，也可以由DCSSA分配组队；每个队3~4人，每场比赛的时候是3vs3比赛，单场比赛期间无特殊条件不可换人。如果有4人组队，必须有一个女生。所有杜克学生均可以参加比赛。其中在女生进行的比赛中，女生投篮有优惠政策。当四人参加比赛时，如若获奖，则所有组员必须参加过单场比赛；否则，按照三名队员分发奖品。
比赛奖品：第一名：团队每人一个篮球；第二名：团队每人一件Duke T-shirt；第三名：团队每人一顶Duke帽子。
比赛流程：小组赛之后进行淘汰赛，决出三强。每场比赛按照25分制，如果在15分钟内双方都没有获得25分，则得分较高的队获胜。

DCSSA is going to organize a three person basketball tournament. The place is at I.M. Building, time is on Sunday, July. 25. 2010, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The basic introduction is below, details are in the attached PDF file.

Participates: Register online first, then Come with your dukecard on July. 25. No need to have the summer registration. We welcome all duke students, scholars and alumni to come and join us. You can form a team in advance, or we can assign you a team.

Forming a Team: each team can have 3~4 people, each game is 3 vs. 3. No change people in one game. If there are 4 people in a team, there must be one female. When a female member participates in one game, her shoot has bonus. If your team has 4 members, make sure that each member has at least join in one game, or else the prize are distributed as if your team has 3 members.

Prize: Champion team (each member one basketball), the second place team (each member one Duke T-shirt), the third place team (each member one Duke hat)

Tournament procedure: Group round robin, then elimination game, select the first three team. Each game is 25 points, if until 15 min, no team wins, then the higher score team win.
