townhouse in Taylor's pond  from March 7 to July (after July you can

Dear All,
A master bedroom in 2BR apartment of campus walk is available from May
7 to July 31. It is a quiet community near west campus and on the
lassalle loop line.  The whole apartment (including the bedrooms) has
alarm system so that it is safe(doors and windows). You can just come
and live! All the basic furnitures like dinning table and the chairs
are new, bed, shelf ,desk and so on.  The carpet is clean. The washer
and dryer are shared by two of us. Kitchen electricities are well
equipped, fridge, dish washing, oven and Microwave!! Rice cooker, pan
and kettle!!~~There are two walk-in closet In your own bedroom.
Rent is $390/month with bedroom furnitures.
              $360/month without bedroom furnitures(but
you still have kitchen and other furnitures)The water is free.
Internet is shared. And we have a wireless router. Our electricity fee
is about $25-30/month for one person which is quite low.
