I am female graduate student looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed, 2bath apartment ASAP. I like to keep clean, do not smoke, do not have pets, do not bring drama, and neat and friendly.  I am thinking about Alexan place and The Parc at University Tower. I visited the two apartments last week, the exact unit that I can rent. Both are very nice, roomy, new carpet, new facility, have washer and dryer, dish washer, big gym, nice garden. The rent is around $500/person. The only thing is that the two place need car. Please see the following links:

I have one bedroom to sublease. A female roommate is needed. The apartment is more like a house, which is located at Villas, at the back of Loft of Lakeview. It's 15 minutes walking to Perkins library (which means less than 10 minutes walking to the entrance of west campus). It's about 6 minutes walking to school bus stop.

The bedroom has its own bathroom, but there is no furniture in it. The rent is $475 per month. The water, electricity, depends on how much you use. The internet fee is about 25 dollors per month.

It's available now, lease duration is 1 year+. Please contact for more information, if you are interested.
