roommate to share the *3b2b* apartment with us. We have been staying here
for one and half year and the apartment is furnished. The bedroom will be
available *at the beginning of March.* This is a little flexible due to the
departure date of my old roommate.
The rent is* $255/month per person* (including water). Holly Hill is
within walking distance to Duke west campus and just 2 minutes walk to the
Lasalle Bus Stop and also covered by Duke Safe Ride. The apartment is on
the second floor and the community is quiet and safe. There is a

Hi Everyone,

I have one bedroom to sublease. A female roommate is needed. The apartment is more like a house, which is located at Villas, at the back of Loft of Lakeview. It's 15 minutes walking to Perkins library (which means less than 10 minutes walking to the entrance of west campus). It's about 6 minutes walking to school bus stop.

The bedroom has its own bathroom, but there is no furniture in it. The rent is $475 per month. The water, electricity, depends on how much you use. The internet fee is about 25 dollors per month.
