大家好,

我目前是跟一个访问学者住在一个两卧单卫的公寓里。四月底我的室友要回国，因此从五月初开始我想将其中一间卧室转租出去。以下是关于该公寓的一些基本信息：

1. 房租及费用相关：
我要转租的卧室是两间里稍微大一点的。房租是每月200刀，交一押一，不需要签leasing
contract。水费包含在房租里，暖气免费，电费和网费分摊。

2. 位置：
该公寓的地址是2213 Elder Street，房子是在一楼。离Duke west campus非常近。从这里到Duke Chapel,
走路的话大概要20-25分钟，骑自行车的花大概10分钟就可以了。附近有个Food
Lion美国超市（走路过去大概10分钟左右）。出了公寓就有个400路公交车站，坐20分钟就可以到Li Ming中国超市，Target，Sam's
Club等shopping mall了。另外，附近还有Bull
City公交车站（走路过去大概5分钟），可以直接去Durham的downtown。同时，该公寓在Duke
vans的覆盖范围内，晚上在学校自习的同学可以直接让免费的夜间校车送到家门口。

3. 房子设施及装潢：
该公寓内部装潢虽然比较旧，但是整体还是比较整洁的。客厅里电视，沙发，餐桌等一应俱全，厨房里微波炉，电烤箱，电饭煲等一样不少。整个房间有Duke免费暖气供应，所以冬天非常暖和。卧室内有床架（沙发床架），只需要买个床垫就可以睡了。

Hey everyone,

Dream Corps will be hosting a hot pot dinner at 6pm this Saturday,
2/4! The event will be held in McClendon 5, two floors above Bella
Union.

A $7 food points or $6 FLEX donation is suggested. Proceeds help build
libraries for disenfranchised children in rural China. Dream Corps
will be discussing summer volunteer programs, upcoming events, and
officer applications. Or you can just come and enjoy a nice hot pot
dinner.
