Looking for 2 beds apartment / house

Hi, All

My friend and me are forthcoming exchange studnets in Fuqua B-School. We are looking for a clean, tidy place to live. We need a 2 bedrooms apartment or can share house with other people.

The requirement are quite flexible. But we did have some preference:
1. furnished is better.
2. Walk distance (i.e. <30 min. walking distance). But driving to school is also accepted.

Here are some "NOs"
1. No kids (i.e. in the condition sharing with other people).
2. Must be clean.

Some introductions of ourselves:
1. Both Chinese students doing MBA in Melbourne Business School, Australia. We will finish our MBA degree in Duke!
2. Easy going, good personality, no smoking, no entertainment :(. Will not disturb neighbor. (MBA is hard life!)
